[ Rung looks like he took a nap of some kind. With his Glasses lopsided, and even with the door opening slowly there on the couch is a blanket. ]

This is a mess? Compared to the WAP, this is immaculate. [He takes a seat on a spare armchair that has no crumbs or Jenga pieces lodged into the crevices.] Do you actually sleep here?

[ He moves along without ever answering where he sleeps. Offering Krok to enter and then setting up a kettle for warm Tar Thinnings and other treats he's collected. ]

No, you are quite right there. Just because I don't wear the Autobot insignia in the open doesn't make me less an Autobot either.

Its part of why I was excited that you shared an interest in the science. You have a lot of hurt Decepticons who need a guiding hand and they just have no where to put their trust.

[ Rung flaps his hand a moment idly. ]

We can discuss that later. I've already opened myself up to taking on some of the Megatrons here and it won't matter either way if they don't want to be seen which many of them don't seem to.

Hey, I've divorced myself from the main Decepticon movement. Megatron's nothing to me.

There's a lot of small soldiers that were forgotten by politicians like Starscream. Their traumas are so similar to thousands of other soldiers that they don't think it's worth addressing.

[ Rung says nervously taking off his glasses to clean a speck off. ]

[ He plops back his glasses and hurries to a table with forms and filings. ]

What sort of rules? Are we talking about procedure, privacy...? [He knows Ultra Magnus would explode at Rung's suggestion, but Krok's not a cop.] Considering we're all from different universes and we're not supposed to judge each other based on our pasts or whatever, I think some rules have to be revised to address that.

[ He gets out some forms and pinches the bridge of his glasses. Should he really do any of this... Does he even have real authority? ]

[ He sets the forms down and seems to pace between his kettle and the form like he's a little all turned around. ]

[Krok takes the papers and pours over them, reviewing each line and mentally checking what documentation he'll have to retrieve to complete it.]

My draft is far too new to be reviewed. But it'll be out. Regardless, lets focus on the positives.

[Krok starts filling in his personal information and checking boxes. There's a few dates coming up in weeks where he can take the test, and the idea that his dream is coming to be so close to fruition is difficult to accept. Him, the leader of a bunch of wandering low-level Decepticons, on the road to build a clinic.]

...I guess all that's left is to take more practice exams, huh.
